As a design build for DCB Construction, this iconic self storage building adjacent to Coor’s Field was a mixture of structural stud framing and interior build-out. Built for Denver Commercial, our 25 year, long valued relationship has resulted in the construction of many storage facilities.
The “iconic towers” themselves have become well recognized.

University of Colorado Centers for Community
This building, a student center, is the centerpiece of the CU campus. This project exhibits all facets of architectural design. Our work included designed structural framing and elaborate interior framing with barrel vaults, radius and ornate design.
Gorgeous, isn’t it? We’re proud to have contributed to the construction of a great Colorado University.
